Man Kills 1, Injures 6 In Knife Attack At Library In North Vancouver, British Columbia

Police in North Vancouver, British Columbia have arrested one person they believe went on a knife wielding attack Saturday that saw one person dead and six more injured according to Sgt. Frank Jang.  The suspect is in his 20’s and police said they have had interactions with him in the past.  So far, no motive has been given.

According to witnesses, the attack seem to be random.  Witness Steve Mossop said they were in traffic when they saw a bloodied woman saying she had been stabbed and then saw other victims who also had been stabbed.  Mossap also saw the attacker and described it has though he was just running randomly and striking at whoever was nearby.
